    This is both the first time I have purchased a slide-phone and a Samsung brand, and I must say,I am pleasantly surprised at both style and quality. It is small but sturdy , and for the price a quality 'phone. I have previously had larger qwerty 'phones but they were quite cumbersome, and this one is ideal for trouser or shirt pocket or even a side pocket in a ladies handbag, or so I am told. I am totally happy with the purchase and quality, and was extremely pleased with the speedy delivery of this item and would recommend this mobile to anyone who likes a good looking 'phone from a reputable brand,for a reasonable price in todays market.

    Firstly, I did not buy this 'phone through Amazon. Its a great little 'phone. How anyone can critisise the screen, interface, menu system and typeface is beyond me. It is simple to use and well thought out ( as are most samsung products - they wouldn't be number one in the country in consumer electronics if they didn't design their products well). It does exactly what a 'phone at this entry level should and it does it all well.
    There is a great little software package freely available for download from the Samsung web site ( New PC Studio) which again is simple to use and allows the user to sync the phone with the PC.
    It does come with a very, very short one page guide but hey come on, we're not talking rocket science here!

    This was bought as replacement for my daughters smashed samsung phone so had to be similar with camera, mp3 and look quite cool too. This does it all and she is very happy with it. It is a bit sturdier than the old 600 model which was un-usable with a small crack in the screen! We were very happy with the rapid service and the quality so thank you.

      getting to grips with my new phone my first touch screen bit heavy handed at first but getting use to it supose its part of the fun of getting something new butvery impressed so far one problem i have encountered is that whilst playing the radio the radio goes of and the phone calls a number(phanthom call)very strange. alan liverpool uk

      My son loves his new phone. He like the ringtones, weight, size, games and the wifi. It was not very expensive either.

      Nice looking phone with decent specs including wifi. However the touch screen is absolutely dire. I have small fingers but i find it impossible to type accurately or quickly. Its not actually a pressure sensitive screen but one that detects the electrostatic from your finger. Consequentally a stylus or a pen won't work either. It's ok as a phone but if you want to use it for texting or IMing, you'll find it an impossible experience.
